The best meals start with the best ingredients. This is why we buy local first, from seasonal produce and naturally raised meats to locally roasted coffee. The sense of community is an added bonus!

Make Things From Scratch

We do all our own baking including the slow-fermented sourdough breads, biscuits, and buns. Cutting, grinding and curing many of our own meats ensures top quality for our customers. We keep our smoker busy too, with house-smoked ham, pastrami, and even the tomatoes for our Smoked Bloody Mary!

The quality of our food is top priority. That is why we cook your food to order. Customer experience is important to us, so let us know if you have any allergy restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that special requests can take extra time.
